Briefly, what is Plek again? Well, one user-friendly and convenient communication platform with features that just make your workday a whole lot easier.

2. Updates every four weeks, free of charge

The Plek roadmap is created based on customer feedback, market developments and our own philosophy. Plek has no version control; everyone always has the latest Plek. This way, you always have the latest updates and benefit immediately!

Plek has all the necessary functions for communication (e.g. smart search function, group collaboration, documents and chat) but it is also expandable. If you want to log in via Single Sign-On, we'll take care of that. Need a link to Office 365 - consider it done.

4. Mix of relevant communication

Your homepage contains updates from channels (for organisation-wide information) and groups of which you are a member. You choose how your homepage looks: go for the timeline view, where all updates are listed below each other in chronological order, or the block view, where all updates are grouped by group or channel. You can switch views at any time.

You simply create your own group on Plek and then choose what kind of group it will be (for example, a project or department), whether the group is open, closed or hidden, and what features are relevant. For example, you can turn a group into a micro site with all the trimmings (such as applications and documents) or just group purely for chatting.

As a platform admin on Plek, you can highlight posts, so that important news gets the attention it deserves. As a group administrator, you also get this option, but only for posts within your own group(s).

In addition, you can easily chat with colleagues, both 1-on-1 and in groups.

In this way, Plek very smoothly mixes top-down, bottom-up and horizontal communication. So your Plek is always 100% relevant.

5. Powerful search and filter options

Within Plek you can find all the information, knowledge and updates you need in no time. Plek searches everything full-text and provides a structured and personalized overview of the results. Within the different parts of Plek you can also filter using the taxonomy. For example, within documents you can easily filter by type 'manual' or by department 'Finance', or within profiles by particular areas of expertise.

6. Personalised notifications - against overload

On Plek, each user sets which notifications they receive via the app (push notifications) or by email. However, as a platform admin, you always have the option of sending push or email notifications about important updates, regardless of a user's personal settings. Useful for really important issues or in case of emergency.

7. Rich directory

The fields in every profile on Plek are customisable, so that the profiles completely fit your organisation. Each profile contains basic information along with the user's groups, latest posts and recent documents. Of course, others can only see the information for which they have permission - so not just anyone can see hidden groups and their content.

8. Interactive onboarding

We personalise our onboarding for your organisation. Therefore, the Plek onboarding always fits seamlessly with the organisational goal. On your first visit to Plek, you get a warm welcome, information about the purpose of the platform and immediately the opportunity to join groups and complete your profile. 9. App for Android and iOS (en desktop!)
