He has more than 20 years of experience when it comes to the intersection of employee-engagement, change-management & strategy activation and statistics, measurement solutions and data-analytics. Robert Jan is convinced that the next step in organisational-development and employee engagement is accelerated by technology, which puts the employee in the center and uses data-analysis and technology to connect with factual (individual) needs and expectations. He graduated from the Vrije University in Amsterdam, with a master in Economics and followed various (post-doc) programmes and trainings.
