Mandatory work from home? Three tips to keep the spirits high

After three weeks of working from home, everyone is slowly getting used to it. Work goes on as usual, but how do you make it a good working day at home? Read these tips to find out!

1. Peeping in on the neighbours

Because many meetings are conducted via webcam, you get a peek into colleagues' living rooms and kitchens. Take advantage of this moment to give each other a tour of your home.

2. Creative commute

It saves you from sitting in traffic jams to work for the time being, but of course you can put that time to good use. Turn your hour of travel into an hour of exercise or try a new hobby.

3. Schedule concentration sprints

Working from home can bring a lot of distractions, so schedule a few concentration sprints every day. Research shows that people have a concentration span of about 15 minutes, so set the alarm clock and focus on one task!
